Year 5
Covid-19 Fundraising Year
Donating looked a little different this year but there were lots of smiles beneath those face masks.(Cambridge Bridges Shelter, Argus Residence for Young People, Marillac Place and Charles Street Men’s Hostel)
Donation Growth
This year posed many challenges for A Brief Moment due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, we soldiered on and came out stronger than ever. This year we received 634 pairs of underwear!
The outcome of our donation drive during this Pandemic really goes to show how amazing our community has been in showing up for their neighbours in need.
Our donations allowed us to continue to support 4 of our local shelters in Waterloo region, dividing the donations received.

Community Events and Features
Unfortunately due to the pandemic, we were unable to have physical appearances at our regular events. However, this was also the year we had to get creative and we introduced our Virtual Raffles which generated the bulk of our donations for this year.
Continuing Events and FeatureS
Unfortunately we were unable to attend our usual spot at Cambridge Farmers Market, or return to the Kitchener Market. However, had the circumstances of the year not occurred we would have been approved to be there.
